Clicks
No Delivery and Bad Communication

So here I am almost two months later and still don't have a oven. (Ref to my complaint on the 4th of December and then again on the 17th of December)

I will in my life never set foot in your store again. While the mines are on strike their service delivery is better than what yours is at any time.

Eventually on Friday 17 January someone phoned me just to be kind enough to inform me that there is NO STOCK and I have to wait for manufacturing and distribution. Oh and then she promised she will follow up on how long its going to take and she will let me know.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL.

You people make me sick. Every time I think of clicks or walk past a clicks or see a clicks tweet I get nauseous. Your services are up to and you will not convince me otherwise.

I never knew that you can get service this bad. I didn't even know its possible for one company to be this useless.
