Good day

I have a Similar query and have been trying since December 22 to get this code removed. All documents have been faxed through and I have visited the local stores several times. Can someone PLEASE help me. I list all the numbers I tried to call there is just NO answer! Or it is engaged the whole time, 011 4989374, 011 4989402, 011 4989512, 0114989516, 011 4989414, 011 4989517... This is ridiculous!
