Shoes don't fit and can't exchange

My eldest daughter bought a pair of sandals their for my 2 year old which seems small as we took her out on Saturday for the day and noticed that her small toes hang off the shoes. They refused to take it back or exchange it because she had already worn it!! She only had it on that day and it doesn't hang off the reject shoes unless she's walking around with it on!! disgrace they selling reject shoes and you must sit with it!!!
