Uprofessional, rude and pathetic service! SHOCKING!

Hi, i visited the edgars at westwood mall on sunday to purchase my clinique 3step, the consultant at the clinique counter was rude & insisted that i do not qualify for the free gift because according to her the 3step is not a treatment. I have been purchasing clinique products for the past twelve years now & i know that the 3step is a treatment &it was also advertised on tv as such. I use the anti-blemish range but there was no stock as always at westwood. Her name was ROOKAYAH, I was disgusted by her unprofessional behaviour &left the store. I then visited the pavilion edgars & purchased my 3step with gift & the consultant was very helpful. The lady at westwood mall has no knowledge of clinique products & tarnishes the good name of the brand, since she is a 'supposed' consultant. I can imagine how many customers were misled by her & disgruntled by her arrogancy & lack of knowledge. Please employ consultants who are adequately informed about the products they promote because it creates a very bad impression for the brand. Also advise this consultant on proper customer skills and how to speak professionally to customers and that she should not argue with customers who are right. Disgusting!!
