I walked into CNA to buy stationary and print photographs form the Kodak machine. I was directed to a salesman who goes by the name Given. As i got to the machine he said he was quickly going to check something. I waited at the machine for more than 10min, only to see him serving other customers. When i approached to ask him if he has forgotten about me, he simply ignored me. The cashier next to him is the one that answered and told me pick someone else, she was also very rude about it. The employees of that CNA a rude and could care less about offering good service to customers. They are of the impression that we need them more than they need us. I have 4 small cousins and a nephew who go to school and plenty of friends with kids who i will be sure to tell them about my experience. When i finally to the counters to pay, another customer was complaining that they did not get their change. The cashiers were so rude to her, only to find out through the cameras that she was right. The cashier took the money out of the till and placed it back in the till.
