In December my Finace had processed a claim with sterns, for the past 6wks we have been running around trying to get the claim aproved, everytime we went into the store, He passed teh buck, and kept promisimg that "it would be sorted by monday"several mondays came and still NOTHING, we never asked them to approve the came, just for gfeedback, and he couldnt even do that, not to mention the staff@that store are all incompetant. When we told Ibtishaam (sales consultant) how long we've been waiting for response, she told us "o i only started in December"POOR exuse, theres no team work, because she only started @ taht point i suppose she couldnt help! on the 29/01/2013, we went back to the store and than said the claim has been approved and taht we will get the voucher by 01/02/2013.we got NOTHING, went back to the store, the consultants gladly blamed the manager, TODAY 04/02/2013 Irma called and was so rude, when we tried to spk all she kept on saying is my Fiance knows the law, because he works for the police force, I opend the case, i was the deponant, and because he was the commisioner of aoth, she was very very rude, didnt want to listen or hear us out. He never opened the case and he as never informed.
