I had telephoned Pep at Checkers Centre on the Bluff, Durban, spoke to Notande... requested stock of an item giving the colour and code... Notande informed me she had the stock and would put it aside for collection that day. My husband went to fetch the items only to find they were not of the colour requested having travelled 17km to fetch them! The assistant then shouted and argued with my husband in the shop whilst he was on the phone to me. He asked for the manager and Taryn smoothed over the situation, and located other stock at a different branch - which she personally collected and had ready for me to collect the next day. She literally went the extra mile, very friendly and proficient... thank you to Taryn.
