SECOND TIME A FOSCHINI GROUP EMPLOYEE USES MY ACC

On 23/12/2013, I made a payment of R700 at Foschini Jabulani Mall and my account balance after that payment was R4500.00. On 10/01.2014 I went to Exact (Protea Mall) purchased a pair of shoes valued at R220.00. To my surprise, I received a reciept stating that my balance was R7800.00. I called the Contact centre on 13/01/2014 and I was advised that the following transactions were made on 30/12/2013 (R1583.00 Exact Maponya Mall and R1476 Sportscene Maponya Mall. I was told to make an affidavit so that the forensics department can investigate and I am really off because it is an inconvenience to me to go to a police station to sort out something that was clearly done by greedy employees. I have never lost my id or my card and the same incident happened in 2010 wherein my account was used to make purchases. This is honestly unacceptable and disgusting and I want this account to be closed because my credit scoring is getting afftected
