I have been using the WFS service for approximately 4 years. In August 2013 i requested additional funds and accepted the conditions given. When I received the SMS from WFS stating the amount coming off my account it was approximately 15% more that what I agreed to. I then called WFS and was told that a supervisor would call me by the end of the day. Nothing happened and I called the following day, requesting statements and calls where I verbally agreed to amounts being deducted so that I could do a proper recon to see if there were any other discrepancies. I eventually advised them that I would stop my debit order until the information requested was received, this was in August 2013. Since then I have requested the information on numerous occasion without any success and if I was a paranoid person I would think that they have knowingly been overbilling me for the past 4 years. This week I received a call from Brooks Luyt Inc. I explained the situation to them and the gentlemen said that he would have his supervisor look into the matter and get back to me. Later the same day i received a lawyers letter from the. Anyone using their services check your accounts.
