Roxan, this is the only way that I seem to get your attention. I sent you a response last Wednesday and you have not contacted me since. I am waiting for my refund still. This is the most ridiculous interaction I have had with a company. This debacle started on 11 December and is still going on, that's just less than 2 months. Please ask a top manager to email me asap - [Email Removed] I am over shouting, crying, laughing - at this point begging seems like the only way forward. Let's just get this sorted now PLEASE!
