The security is so rude! they don't know how to adress peop

I went to pick n' pay bright water commons just after new year, as I finish to pay and walk out with the small trolly the security stops me and says to me hey baba hey baba you can't take te trolly out! I mean really I am the customer here! Where is the respect? I the went to maniger and asked him is this a way to adress a customer? He sayd what do you want us to do sir? So this is how we as customers get adressed now I feel very unhappy as I know how pick n' pay works (I worked for them for 3years)!!!
