Edgars not closing my account (Third Complaint)

Hi

As I suspected, my account is still not closed. I have now received a third statement after my account was supposed to be closed months ago. It obviously is not.

This is now the third time I am complaining on HelloPeter regarding the same issue.

I will be seeking legal council options and escalating this as high as I possibly can. I am Utterly disgusted and amazed at how pathetic you guys are handling this. After MONTHS my account is still open, ruining my Credit Rating ITC scoring with your absolute horrible service.
