Edgars replied with no solution i don't know why the lady even bothered to send me nonsense. I have called transunion they did not receive any updates since 2012 february how the does this happen. Like i said just update my information and close this ridiculous account if you are incompetent in doing so send me me the information i'll do it myself let alone you owe me 600 i over paid you.
