Never again will i consider having an edgars account!!! I've closed my account in January 2013 and according to ITC i still owe Edgars as you guys havent sent them an update to inform them that I've paid and closed my account. I have been struggeling since March with uyou guys to update my details and what an horrible expierence it still is. I phoned your call centre 011 495 6000 numerous times and they are NOT VERY HELPFULL I've spoken to Busi Nkomo, Gugu, Tsepo and again Busi Vilakazi. They cant even send me the email which they send to ITC to request them to update my information! I am truky highly why shoul i struggle like this why cant your team do ehat they suppose to???
