Pick 'n Pay
Meat Product Pick n Pay Montclair Durban

Shops, Products, Services

On Sunday 5 January 2014 I purchased Einstein Roast. This morning I set out to defrost the frozen roast but noticed that once defrosted there was a strong ammonia like smell and that the price label had lifted underneath was another label that read sell by 23/12/2013. The label that was on top read sell by 2014/01/09. The smell when the packet was taken off was so repulsive I wanted to throw up. not fit for human consumption, hence I disposed of it very quickly. Pick n Pay should not relabel their meat products, it's deceiving and a health risk to consumers.
