Floors Direct
No response... very porr attitude!

I contacted Floors Direct via their website and was called the next day. I made an appointment for the next morning for a consultant to come measure my study to provide a quote for laminate flooring. No one pitched (or called or emailed). I called back that afternoon, only to be told they have no idea who I am and about my request. No apology. I practically had to beg for another appointment. Guess what... they never pitched again. I called AGAIN, to be told everyone is out and someone will call me back... I am still waiting... You would think that someone calling you and asking for your business would be a priority, but apparently its not. Is business really that good that they are so non-challant about turning away a new customer? Very disappointing!!!
