It's people like Rebecca and her co workers who hurt a clothing company and its brand. I am a nw blackberry user with no knowledge on how to use it. A friend told me to buy R55 voda airtime which I did.

I arrived with the blkberry and the airtime and was told by a man with long dreads and a cap (no neatness, no uniform, who was behind your counter) That I should buy another R 5 airtime. I kindly asked for assistance on how to load and receive BIS internet BBM etc. He said He would assist. Mind you, they are all behind the cellphone counter gossiping! The guy then asked a lady named Rebecca with an Edgars uniform to help me. She instead made me sign something up regarding U points. Gave me my card & continued on with her friends. They talked about b l ow jobs and ejaculating in the mouth RIGHT INFRONT OF ME!! Didn't give a about the customer, did not assist as promised, all their chomies and security guards are behind the counter. The other Edgars guy with no NAME TAG refused to help or greet. Filthy talk, Disgusting service. Promoting this stupid U points when I did not even want the card. I walked away from them and they did not even try to stop me.
