Jet fails to investigate even 12 months late

My account escalated and was told different stories as to the event and no root cause has been investigated. I was sent from pillar to post with the issue and logged 2 complaints on hellopeter, made countless calls to the customer service, dispute department, and but all I get is empty promises that the account balance will be resolve. Jet tells me about Finrite and I don't even have a cellphone insurance with Jet let alone anywhere. Jet admits that I don't have any bond with Finrite and promise to clear the balance as well as the interest but a year later the issue is still going on.
I am Utterly Disgusted as I am still sitting on a fat balance & no resolution just empty promises. I am hold down, can't apply for Finance due to this. I don't think Jet knows the worth of their customers and how to keep them.
I receive texts stating that I am loaded as a slow payer and to think that i will be blacklisted for choosing a wrong retail store to get an account with just makes me mad. Jet doesnt think about their customer, they just dont know how to put themselves in their client's shoes and relate.
Is it that hard to accept the loss and write off the loss and debit your Finrite?
