Bad customer service

Edgars/Jet have been advertising the Blackberry Z10 for how long but they always out of stock. why advertise a phone if you never have stock. ive been to various branches, call around on a daily basis but no luck. the customer service agents also ant much help at the calll centre they also say they dont know which stores i can get the phone at, is there no system in place to allocate or find products, not satidfied with the service of the edgards group.
