My account is reflecting im in arrears when in fact i am in advance. Now im seen as a bad payer and intrest is added to this 'arrears' account bearing in mind im actually in advance. The other problem is i dont recieve any statements. This has been going on since Jan 2012. Im tired of phoning and phoning and complaining and asking regards this matter as there is just no responce, no service. I have given them proof of payments and bank statements twice now and today when i phone againn they ask me again to supply them with statements. I have delt with Leon who is the branch manager at Furiniture city Springfield park Durban on a few occasions, the last was 17 December 2012 and his last words to me was i wil have answers for you before the end of the day. Well once agian NOTHING!
