Worst customer service ever!

I have had endless problems sorting out an order that you messed up. It took 2 months. When this was finally resolved and I received my refund, I requested that my account be closed as I want nothing to do with you!
I have sent over 10 emails regarding this but NO ONE is assisting me in this regard! Please close the account and send me confirmation! I am not going to be held resoonsible for accummulating interest because you guys fail to do your job yet again!
