Purchased a brand new video camera as a gift for my girlfriend and on her birthday the camera does not switch on. The consultant who helped me said they dont test the camera but if there is problems they would replace it all i need is the original packaging and proof of purchase. CNA Bedford centre refused to replace it . been at the store for more than 45 minutes on the 07.01.2014 with no feedback. Eventually walked into the office to be told by the manager they are on the phone trying to see what the supplier would say . i am a valid customer why should i be involved in supplier issues? logged a call with the CNA complaints call centre, up to now no feedback, called in once again to be told they are waiting for the store manager to respond. To date the camera is still with me with no indication of how this will be resolved.
