Stuff that fell on counter and bad attitude

Hi,

I was at the Tygervalley Cinnabon on Tuesday afternoon. We ordered three of the buns, and then also a packet of those sticks for takeaway. The lady packaged the buns and then took a packet of the sticks. As she put the sticks in the plastic bag some of them fell out and landed on the counter. She put them back in the packet and the bag (using a tong). I asked if the counter was clean, and she said yes, they clean it daily. Upon seeing my disbelief, she asked if I wanted a new packet with a lot of "i can't believe this" and she even rolled her eyes, to which I said yes please. She made a point of throwing the spilled packet back in the counter. After that she didn't speak to me at all, and when I asked for additional icing she just looked at me and pointed. It got rather rude.

I was appalled that she would just put the sticks back in my packet after the fell on the counter, and then gave us really bad attitude when we asked for new ones. Is this acceptable behaviour?
