I called Yusfa today to cofirm whether the card number I have is my moms as she is 81 and cant really see properly when I speak to her on the phone when she reads the card number She tells me that she cant provide this information to anyone and the client must call. I waited about 30 minutes just to get through to you guys how is a 81 year old person going to wait that long on a cell. Besides that Yusfa attitude stinks. She needs to be more understanding.
All I wanted is the confirmation that the card number I was given is My moms I wanted no other information.
Please teach your staff to handle callers appropriately
