Pathetic service

Edcon is pathetic last year i was offered 50% discout to settle my edgars acc, however i paid R2800 on the 21st of november, until thus far i still havent received my paid up lattter, i called on monday to request paid up latter, the consultant that i spoke with said to me i will receive it on wednsday, today i called called again i was told that ithe is a balance of R300, that is bull i regret doing business with edgars, my itc is still not updated as result this is making my life a living, i do anything.can someone intervine in my case an resolve it before i go to daily sun news paper.
