Hurt bad in store

On the 14th December 2013 my husband and i was doing our last shopping for our holiday trip to Cape Town
in Clicks Cresta We wanted to buy a hairdryer hot iron a curler and some other stuff Also looking for the stuff with lots off staff standing around chatting and no help my husband stopped walking around the store as he turned around to go back He tripped over a foot long trollie he fell so bad he hit his head his chin broken staff was just looking A couple helped us the staff only jumped around when i started screaming about the trollie standing around they took my husband in a office the pharmacy tried to stop the bleeding but it took her along time to stop the bleeding They gave us plasters, SavlonCotton wool I ask the pharmacy if it will be okay for him to travel she said it will be okay Also there was no store manger around On our way to Cape Town my husband was in so much pain we got to Cape Town a nurse was so kind to treat my husband as the doctors was closed I got two call from the store and never heard from them again when the store manger called he said someone from head office will call me Up til now no call to ask how my husband is Clicks dont care about client
