Your failure to assist in pre-sales customer service is of a big concern to me. I have actively being trying to place my order for a decent five figure amount, but to no avail. Your call centre was unable to assist me with my queries. My online account was also refreshed by your call centre with the assistance of Tammy and still I am unable to access my profile and get: "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later." (home -> my basket -> check out). Also when I try to obtain my credit limit the sms one time pin never arrives (home -> my account -> check spending). I have tried this on various browsers. I also tried to contact you on your online form as well as email. This is day two and the promises of your call centre has not been kept. None of the required functionality is mutual to either party, so I strongly implore you to rectify this as promptly as possible. To date my disappointment levels are extremely high. I am really not happy.
