Please excuse m6y spelling, I am actuall6y good at it, it is one of m6y life skills.

I bought a Toshiba laptop f4rom Hi Fi Co4rp and 4retu4rned it to show them that the4re is something w4rong with the ke6yboa4rd. The6y info4rmed me that I must book it in and it will take 21 da6ys to 4repai4r. I info4rmed them that this was not acceptable as all m6y wo4rk is now done f4rom this PC. The6y said I should 4rathe4r take up the issue with the impo4rte4r if I am not willing to wait 21 da6ys. I phoned Annex Dist4ribute4rs and the6y told me the6y do not deal with the public.

Just as I was leaving Hi Fi Co4rp, a man walked in with the same laptop as mine, also with p4roblems and it not wo4rking co4r4rectl6y. Wh6y do the6y not info4rm us of this when the6y gladl6y take ou4r mone6y?

I also bought a wi4reless mouse f4rom them that was fault6y and the6y swapped that out in a flash. Amazing.
