I bought a lenovo laptop from CNA on the 5 August 2013. A few days later I realised it had a mouse problem. I even bought an external mouse but it was an inconvenience since I bought the laptop new. I returned it on the 23 August 2013. I've been to the shop more than 10 times I still don't have it back. I bought this laptop in a matter of urgency for business and school. But all that have been kept at bay because of being sent from pillar to post about a fault that I have not even caused. They tell you they will call you back but they don't. I'm very. I need a laptop.
