WRONG PRICING, NO COMMON SENSE, FAULTY PRODUCT

On the 2nd January 2014 we went to CNA CW tp pay to buy laundry markers. I chose the pack that stated R34.95 for two and on arriving home - i opened the packaging - threw the packaging away in my big outside dumpster. Afterwards - i tried to mark my childs school clothes... the marker did not work... the 2nd one did - so i used that - On sat 5th of Jan, I went back to CNA CW to SWOP the faulty ITEM - minus the packag - but with slip. (as this is my hubbys acc - i did not see what he was charged for on the day MAINLY COZ YOUR TILL POINTS DON"T SHOW THE CUSTOMER THE PRICE WHEN RINGING UP!) BUT looking at the actual slip: we were overcharged R10. Cornelius was the manager, I asked him if i could swop the faulty item - he said I must produce the packaging (really? I asked him if he expected me to pay parking today as well as go back home and DUMPSTER DIVE and come back and pay parking again?) I asked him if CNA was aware that I was inconvenienced with a faulty product, paying x2parkin, I asked if he is manager or a damager. I showed him the price on the shelf and the price charged - he would NOT assist with the price diff as it was hubbys acc (CNA THE DIFF) HE did swop marker.
