What great service!!!

While on holiday this December we purchased our patio furniture from the Strand branch and arranged to have it delivered in Johannesburg in early January. This was done on time and to our satisfaction - which has not been the case with other suppliers in the past. One of the tables had a little chip and the driver said that he would have it replaced for us - no questions asked. When I phoned a few days later to follow up, I was surprised that the Centurion branch knew about it (from the driver) and wanted to confirm availability for the swop out. It's very rare to find such outstanding customer service these days - to everyone involved well done, you've truly impressed us and we look forward to dealing with you in future again.
