I bought a lounge suite. With 24months to pay, on the first payment I noticed some problems, I found that I was over charged and they agreed to it after 4months and gave a credit to my acc. Only to continue overcharging me from that point on.By now I have settled the acc 8months down the line but still jd have charges against me. I receive no corespondanse from jd and I constantly need to fight for answers but get none. I am now forced to take this matter further.
