COMPLETE BAD SERVICE AND ABUSE

I went to Ackermans Balfourpark on 5 July to exchange an item only to receive complete bad service & attitude from the teller. This is the 2nd time I have exchanged an item & received bad service from the same teller. On exchanging the item I produced my cash slip and everything, only to be informed by the teller that I can't have my slip back even though there are other items on the slips if I want to do an exchange. I explained that according to the Consumer Act I am entitled to a valid tax invoice, she must make a plan. She continued to argued, called the manager over, eventually did the exchange & gave me the necessary slips. When asked why all the difficulty & rudeness she went off at me screaming at me that I have no right to undermine her as a teller bla bla. I have never been so humiliated, embarrassed or spoken to so badly in my life. Customers have rights & we are entitled to valid tax invoices. I have spent about R6000 there over the last 6 mnths & I WILL NEVER PUT MY FOOT INSIDE AN ACKERMANS STORE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. I also reported this to the Customer Care #202494 of which I have had no response to date. Shocking
