I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Dion Wired Canal Walk store on Sunday 1st December 2013. Had it not been for the great price on a TV that we wanted I would would totally regret the experience.
Due to a system problem between yourselves and the SABC your consultant insisted that I pay the amount of R336-00 in order to leave with my purchase. I insisted that my licence was up to date as it has been on debit order for the past 10 years and I have never been in arrears on anything. He huffed and puffed and said that it would take ages to get through to the SABC. He was also rude to other staff members and told them to leave him alone. He was by no means willing to phone the SABC and I am now 5 weeks later livid as I am still waiting for the SABC to refund me.
Had he bothered to entertain a little bit of customer service, he would have got through to the SABC and they would have changed the system immediately and I would not have had to incur a further unneccesary expense of R336. Not a lot of money you might think, well it is.

I would like a response as to how you are going to avoid this in future. As clearly this is a system problem!
