Lazy / Bad workmanship

Hi,

Monday evening while doing my monthly shopping i bought a half a lamb pack. When i go home and packed it, i saw the worst worked meat in my lift, the loin chops still had pieces of liver attached to it. Thick chops, almost like they where to lazy to cut proper pieces. Lots of excess fat just left, there was even paper stickers left on the meat.

As a loyal customer i want to inform you as this will def put me off/may me very cautious buying meat again.

2nd point is I tried twice to complete your online webform, it did not work, I clicked on the administrator link, nothing and I got a email address and still no feedback? what is happening to customer service guys?
