Absolute unexceptable can't find payment or fax

Have been trying to solve since 12 DEC 2013, still no joy. I feel they are totally incompetent. Have 6 emails and all I get is CAN"T FIND IT!!!

I faxed it to correct number, fax certifies that it has gone through, they still can't find it! PLEASE HELP!
