To the organizers of the New Years Eve 5Fm party, I would just like to express my great disappointment in the terrible hosting of this party. I paid an amount of R2000 for 4 tickets at R550 per ticket. The price included free beer and wine, snacks, backstage pass and goody bag. Firstly, the free beer and wine was not free, secondly, the snacks were just dumped on the table like last weeks left overs in brown cardboard boxes it didn't even look safe to eat.. Presentation is everything!!! Thirdly, while waiting to get entry to backstage, people were being pushed out like dogs and told backstage is prohibited and that it was not part of the deal... and fourthly, when asked for a goody bag we were told that we need to leave, the police were being called to escort us out... some people were being ill treated for no reason. Gateway security tried to intervene but we're asked to step back. The ill manner in which you mistreated patrons was disgusting!!! The amount paid for these tickets were definitely not worth it!!! Absolute!! Next time, do not on your adverts... I'm sure there are many people who will read this and if they were there, agree with this and take it further.
