Ad services on both cresta and randburg square

Went to cresta looking for a gift for my hubby, found it but didn't have enough money on me, I ask the lady @ cresta to check if they have it @ randburg square, she called and confirmed with tha lady mpho said I should get @ da store before 1 as thy will be closing, I rushed to Randburg square only to be told the watch is a damage, no apology or whatsoever, lady was rude told me its not her fault I didn't have enough money, we called cresta with her spoke to da cashier who told us they will be opened on the 1st of jan, they will close @3pm, I woke up early went to cresta, only to found out. Its closed, I wasted my time and money because of staff who don't do their job properly, your services is a joke and u should do something about it
