Great service from Pick'n Pay manage

We'd like to commend the service the great service from Anna, the manager at Pick'n Pay Hypermarket at Greenstone Mall.

We paid our utility bills via easypay at the tills a few months ago, the cashier paid the accounts into the incorrect easypay code and as a result the monies paid were never credited to our utility accounts.

Months gone by and we were desperately trying to resolve this. When we finally learned that we need to sort it out with Pick'n Pay, we came to Anna and explained the issues. She then contacted the relevant third parties and resolved everything by the next morning. I was amazed at Anna's efficient service. Well done!
