6 times and still product not acceptable

Purchased a lounge suite from Strubensvalley FC in October.
The 3 seater has been replaced 6 times now. 1st. Damaged, 2nd Faulty, 3rd Wrong color, 4th Damaged, 5th Faulty and now the 6th one is faulty as well. The poor store manager has been good in terms of arranging swap outs, the 5th time the manager even came to my house to inspect and agreed that it was faulty. I am sick and tired of this nonsense, I am willing to accept one more return on this set and if that is also not satisfactory I expect FC to swap out the entire set for something similar at their expense. Every single time I need to either take off work or ensure that I am at home for the delivery as the warehouse cannot commit to either morning or afternoon. I paid immediately on order in cash and 2 months later I still don't have a working set. If you are going to sell substandard products you should expect problems. I am beyond upset so its time to come to the party FC, my next step would be the Consumer Tribunal and seeking recourse under the CPA.
