Cash Refund On Outdated Product

I got a bargain that's what I thought on a garmin nuvi 200w but when I got home I discovered the battery runs down quickly I thought that's fine I will just plug in the car's cigarette lighter but the charger was faulty when wanted to update the device on the Internet a another problem arise I could not update it to the new road maps because of the low memory so I got a 8gb SD card but the device does not see the memory card. I try to explain my story to the manager but he told me he could not refund me and I must got to Cape Union Mart for assists (??? Is Cape Union Mart and Cash Converters one company???) I don't think so. I did not want to upset myself further so I left because I did want my blood pressure to rise or anything " I'm Blood Donor " and was going to donated blood that morning...
