I brought in a pool for exchange to Game at the Galeria branch, only to find out a while[half an hour later due to slow customer service] later that there is no more stock. A guy by the name of Vikesh spoke telephonically to simon from the Pavillion branch who confirmed that he had 3 available. I drove there today, only to find out that Simon didn't clearly remember any conversation with Vikesh and also that he didn't have what I came for. What do I do now with pool cover that I bought because I don't have a pool anymore. I was told by Mr, Naicker from Pavillion that I need to go back to Galeria. This is nonsence. Who is gonna compensate me for my fuel because of their short fall. The service I got from both stores is actually appauling. Customer service at game is now gone out the window. Question now is "What do I do with the pool cover which I bought" because Galeria now has the till slip. I will never shop at Game again, nor will my family and friends. Customer service needs to be jacked up or more customers are gonna shop elsewhere. Looking forward to a solution to my problem.
