Poor service

I bought DSTv at OK funitures in PTA central and I was told by sales person (GD Tshivase) that Ndivhoho will came and install the unit before 12:00 pm. I cancelled all my appointments so that there should be a person at home. I phoned three times between 13:00 and 18:00 and Ndivhoho is telling me he will be coming soon as he is waiting for equipment. If OK use such unreliable people then I regrete to have bought from them. I will take up this issue with multi choice.
