Bad customer service

We bought a stand earlier and a fridge separately on 24 Dec 2013, but asked for these items to be delivered the same day. We had made it clear that we only buying the fridge from them provided it can be delivered on that day. They ensured us that this will be the case of which was not. We ended up with food that has gone off as a result. Totally unacceptable. would advise anyone wanting to purchase anything there not to do so. Check for other places first.
