If you whiye you refused a shopping basket

My mom a pensioner was doing her last minute xmas shopping in jet. She noticed people with net shopping baskets and asked another customer where could she get one. At the door she was informed. Going to the door my mom asked the lady at the doir. And was blatantly told " you cant have one you white" this women then ignored my mom. Being a lady my mother is she. Got highly offended and sucked it up did her shopping and left greenstone nall. Highly offended. She did at dinner kast night I form me of this. I would like to know in a democracy of 20 years who gives this person to be a out right rude. This is unacceptable and would like jet stores to know hiw their staff are treating elderly customers. I am going to tge store today and greenstone mall management. I have also published this on Facebook and all the other social networks I belong to.
