Smelly trainers

I am extremely disappointed in the Incompetent staff Totalsports has. The Store manager has no client services etiquette and she does not know how to treat nor speak to CUSTOMERS not to mention the staff working under her. She has staff who is literally afraid of her. I purchased a pair of trainers on the 18.12.2013. This was the last pair of trainers in my size. When I opened the box, one of these trainers were smelling awfully bad. The gentleman who assisted me advised that he would ask this 'store manager ' if I could be discounted on these trainers but he was so hesitant and afraid. When I had spoken to her I could see why the staff is afraid of her. This cause she is rude. She held at him telling him the he should put ''that music'' which the store was playing off. Telling him to close the 1 door of the store in front of customers. I however asked her why the store sells smelling sneakers and if id be discounted on them she advised that I wont be discounted and I should either take the trainers or leave them. While this was happening there was another customer she was up-rapt with cause he never had his card with him but his Id document. This is unacceptable, seriously.
