Game has the worst Service

Im really disgusted inthe way they have handled my delivery it all started when i went to purchase a Home component set at the glen
1stly they had no stock and asked if they could deliver the parcel which i agreed to
delivery was promiced on 31/01/2013 just to find out after i had to call them that the incorrect parcel was loaded for delivery and they promised it would arrive the 01/02/2013 and yet we still waiting with no feedback from the agent that done the sale or from the delivery guys

This is really the worst service i have recieved and i hope it will help others in future who want to purchase anything there.
