I bought a container advertised at R19.99 at a price of R24.99 and when I asked the cashier she gave me attitude and told me her duty is to till that's all. Then I saw this lady at customer service byt the name Disebo Rakodi and explained everything to her. She apologised and asked for the till slip and the product, she went back to the same till and refunded me and apologised for the error.
