PS = I forgot, the branch manager is not really a manager at all, he doesn't have a solution based mindset, when I asked for HQ nr, he merely gave it, when I said Im cancelling the deal, he merely said ok, not trieng to salvage the deal or relations at all... ISNT THAT WHAT A MANAGER DOES?

Afternoon

My husbands is 8012235040083, Willem Du Toit. My id is 7809170021080, Cathy Patterson.

We applied for x3 blackberries, x1 samsung, x1 mwave, x2 lamps with a salesperson called John.

From the beginning John was incompetent having me come back x4 times with documents, in stead of telling me once the 1st time of everything needed.

Once we were approved, he litterally harassed me by phoning me every 10min asking when are we coming in to come and choose goods to sign for.

When we went in to sign on Tuesday
