Poor quality and service

I bought a bed from The Bed Shop, in Welkom in the Free State at the Checkers branch on 18 April 2013. Only a few months later I noticed that the bed was starting to sag in the middle. I reported the complaint to The Bed Shop on 29 October 2013 in writing. I am still waiting to hear any feedback from them. And I am still waiting for an assessor to come and see the sagging bed.
